Product Introduction
FIBCs (Flexible Intermediate Bulk Containers) are flexible transport packaging containers. They offer advantages such as moisture resistance, dust protection, radiation resistance, and robust safety, while also possessing sufficient structural strength. Due to their ease of loading, unloading, and handling, FIBCs significantly improve efficiency and have experienced rapid growth in recent years. FIBCs are generally made from polyester fibers such as polypropylene and polyethylene.
Features
1. FIBCs have a load capacity between 0.5-3 tons and a volume between 500-2300 liters. Safety ratios can be designed according to user needs at ratios of 3:1, 5:1, and 6:1.
2. Based on the contents, they are divided into two main categories: bulk cargo FIBCs and small package cargo FIBCs, suitable for both single-use and reusable applications.
3. Based on shape, FIBCs are divided into three types: round, square, and U-shaped.
4. Lifting structures include top-lifting, side-lifting, and bottom-lifting types, and they typically have inlet and outlet ports.

Production Process
FIBCs are made from polypropylene as the main raw material, with a small amount of stabilizing additives added and evenly mixed. The mixture is then melt-extruded into a plastic film using an extruder, cut into filaments, stretched, and heat-set to produce high-strength, low-elongation PP filaments. These filaments are then woven and laminated to form the base fabric of the woven plastic bag, which is then sewn together with lifting straps and other accessories to create the FIBC.
