1. Raw Material Selection and Proportioning: Select polymer materials such as polyvinyl chloride, determine the proportioning according to requirements, and add additives such as antioxidants and light stabilizers.

2. Mixing and Melting: Fully mix the raw materials and additives in a mixer, then send them to a screw extruder, and melt them into a uniform melt under high temperature and high pressure.

3. Film Material Forming and Cooling: The melt is extruded through a die to form a sheet, and air cooling or water cooling is immediately used for cooling and shaping.

4. Stretching and Shaping Treatment: Perform bidirectional or unidirectional stretching on the cold-treated film material, then maintain a certain time and temperature in the shaping zone to rearrange the molecular chains.

5. Surface Anti-aging Treatment: Coat anti-aging agents such as ultraviolet absorbers on the surface of the film material.

6. Cutting and Packaging: Accurately cut the film material according to customer requirements to form standard-sized greenhouse film rolls, then use waterproof and dust-proof packaging materials for sealing.

7. Quality Inspection and Standard Verification: Detect indicators such as light transmittance, anti-aging performance, and tensile strength to ensure that the product meets relevant national or industry standards.
